Return Policy:

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you may send it back to us for a refund. We accept returns postmarked within ten (10) days from the date your package ships from us. Sale items excluded. If items are worn, altered, or over 10 days, we will not accept the return. Returns without wrapping or shoe boxes are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

 

Here are the steps to return or exchange your item(s):

 

Send an email to info@liftedboutiqueonline.com, with your exchange or refund request.  You can also call us directly at (205) 518-6788.

 

Please return your item in brand new condition. Original tags or shoe box is required. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us, so remember shoe boxes must be wrapped or protected with suitable packaging and ask for proof of postage in case it goes missing.

 

Always keep a record of your return tracking numbers. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after our receipt of package. We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method. Refunds may take three (3) to five (5) business days to post to your account, depending on your bank and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fourteen (14) business days of our receiving your package, please contact us with your order information. If a package is refused or undeliverable, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us to request reshipment, otherwise packages will be processed as a return . Reshipments will incur a reshipping fee.
